How to use this product?

The Daily Immune Defence package contains 60 capsules, which constitutes a 1-month course. We recommend taking the capsules daily, 1 capsule with a glass of water, twice a day. Before using this or any other dietary supplement, we recommend consulting your family doctor.
What is the recommended course of use for this product?

To achieve positive changes, we recommend a 2-month course, after which a 1-month break should be taken.
